This program is a 12 week design to help rehab your core or strengthen your core. It is appropriate for anyone wanting a stronger core. It is designed as well for someone postpartum as early as 2 weeks postpartum. It can be started after a C-section or a vaginal delivery.
Each week there are 4-6 exercises to complete at least 3x a week. Every 2 weeks the exercises will get more challenging. There are private video links for each exercise to help you understand or learn the movement.
After 12 weeks, there is a Test Checklist so you can test yourself to see what you perform easily, and what you may need to still work on based on your weaknesses. There are also videos to go with most of the tests.
