This program is designed to able to be started from 0 weeks pregnant to 40+ weeks pregnant to help keep your core strong during pregnancy. The program is designed to fit in with other programming you might already be following. Each week has two separate core circuits. The first core circuit is more of a slow controlled ab workout programmed 3x a week. The second core circuit is programmed 2x a week and involves some more dynamic movements to get your heart rate up while also training your core to help you work on breath and maintaining core control under fatigue.
