⭐️”I was told by another health care provider to never deadlift again because I tore ligaments in my lower back about a year and a half ago. I struggled to simply put my socks on in the morning for about 8 months. Once I went to Jenn and started doing the prehab and strength work that she showed me I felt like a completely new athlete. I was back into full training in no time and because of the information she gave me I now knew that I was training in a more safe and correct fashion. Now I deadlift and don’t even think about my back anymore.”

⭐️“Working with Dr. Tamara has transformed the way that I feel in my body. I was diagnosed with Stage IV Endometriosis in 2016 and have been through a journey with chronic pain. When I started working with Dr. Tamara in 2022, I was experiencing excruciating pain 2-3 days a month during my cycle, I am now down to 0-1 days! It’s a major milestone in this healing journey and I cannot thank Be The Change enough.

⭐️“I panicked when I first felt my prolapse. I was very active throughout my pregnancy and the idea of not being able to workout how I wanted to was devastating! Getting in to see Dr. Frankoski ASAP was key to evaluating everything and getting me on the right track. It was a humbling process but I am so thankful for it now. I have rebuilt my foundation and am coming back even stronger, which feels so good! I am so thankful for her. Not only is she a great clinician, but she’s warm, fun and a Crossfitter too. I really couldn’t recommend her more!”

⭐️I highly recommend. When I get injured, I tend to do what most of us do – ignore it until I can’t. After working with Dr Tamara Vead, I don’t that anymore. We have to stay active friends. And she’s a miracle worker. Highly recommend!

⭐️”Dr. Brian Casto is an amazing PT!! He was able to reduce my shoulder pain significantly in 3 visits. My shoulder hurt with any type of movement and was most likely headed towards surgery. I have returned to full range of motion with no pain. I would highly recommend him as a PT.”

“I injured my shoulder as a collegiate swimmer which began the round of PT appointments and rehab. After several years of “pain management” when it came to sports and fitness pursuits I was excited when I talked with Jen. She was the first person that understood my desire not only to prevent further injury and to strengthen the area in the long term but also to continue to progress toward my goals in the sport of Crossfit. After one treatment and me remembering to do my exercises, in just a few short weeks I can already see progress without pain! As someone who is a full time coach and fitness professional I would recommend her to any of my athletes and friends.”

⭐️Honestly, I’m not sure how women survive pregnancy and postpartum without PT! Tamara and Jen are the best. I walk out of every single appointment feeling better than I did when I walked in. I always know exactly what I need to be doing to help with my aches and pains and if I ever have doubts, they are so quick to email me back. I was an avid crossfitter before having a baby and there is no way I would have gone back to the gym without their help. I knew pregnancy and postpartum were going to be tough, but the support, both physically and emotionally, I have received from Be the Change has meant the world to me!

⭐️“When it comes to sports performance PT, Jennifer is the first person I think of, why is that? because she is the best in the business. Every time I had an ache, pain, muscle tightness, Dr. Jenn was the one who knew how to get me back to 100%, and back to the sport of love. She cares deeply for each of her patients, and does everything in her power to help the problems that she is confronted with. For years, I have been struggling with ankle tightness, and knee pain, but Jenn always knows how to fix the issue, and get me back to training. Recently, I suffered from a MCL sprain during one of the open workout, this injury was due to achilles, and calf tightness, and pulling on my hamstring, which lead to an unstable knee. I will be seeing Jenn about this injury, because I put my trust in her to get me back to training as soon as possible. ”
