⭐️Finally! The answer to true healing and recovery. Dr. Lauren Dobner is the angel I so desperately needed. For nine months, I was suffering from back and hip pain that left me unable to do what I love the most: ballroom dancing. I was in so much pain I was losing sleep. I had seen five doctors (one made me worse actually) before my first visit at Be The Change. The difference was clear- She listened closely, assessed the situation as a whole, and worked her magic to come up with a personalized plan.

Within two months of committing myself to the homework and recovery plan, I was back to dancing and was able to prepare for my next competition…
Thank you Dr Dobner for helping us win that gold medal 🥇 at Nationals! 🇺🇸💕

Amazing doctor, Don’t hesitate, just call now –Katie

⭐️I completed several PT sessions with Lauren Dobner and was so happy I committed. I workout 4-5 days a week doing CrossFit and I was really starting to see an impact on my mobility. I went in with some knee issues and she provided several exercises I could do at home and the gym between visits. I committed to getting better and with her expertise and guidance I’m back at full capacity. I’m still putting in work though with tips she provided as she was able to identify other areas of need that were ultimately impacting my knee. Can’t recommend the office enough. Great experience from my intel contact, the after care follow up and of course the sessions themselves. –Lucas R

Joanne E- 39 weeks pregnant, working smart in pregnancy

⭐️If you’re a pregnant or post-partum athlete, looking for a pelvic floor therapist who understands your goals of not just protecting your pelvic floor but also wanting to stay active, don’t hesitate to work with Dr. Jennifer! Even virtually, Dr. Jennifer is able to understand your goals and help provide safe stretches, prehab exercises, and modifications to get you to your goals. I hadn’t been able to exercise for most of my pregnancy due to pelvic girdle pain, but getting virtual care from Dr. Jennifer (in addition to supplementing with an in person pelvic floor therapist), helped me not just ease a lot of my pain but also get back to comfortably weight lifting and even some CrossFit classes multiple times a week in the last couple months of my third trimester. The picture I’m sharing is from Week 39 of my pregnancy! I wouldn’t have been able to safely and confidently get back to this type of exercise during my pregnancy with just my regular pelvic floor PT. This is all thanks to Be the Change Physiotherapy, and I am incredibly grateful! – Joanne E

⭐️”After multiple years of military service and several injuries from service and heavy lifting, I was battling severe back issues for years. I tried chiropractic care, physical therapy at other locations and nothing was alleviating the pain. My first treatment I was barely able to walk in due to a flare up, after treatment was completed I was able to stand up and walk out and woke up the next morning with no pain. I cannot recommend Be The Change Physiotherapy enough, they have given me the opportunity to enjoy life playing with my child. Both Dr. Jen and Dr. Tamara are amazing. –Daniel W

⭐️Dr Lauren is an incredible doctor, the best PT I have ever seen, and I cannot recommend her enough. I am a former college athlete and am coming off a stint of competitive CrossFit. My back has been seizing up for the past 5 years or so and it had recently gotten to a point where I can no longer workout without it flaring up and having to stop mid-workout. I have gone to many other professionals for help before and have not had any success. Dr Lauren identified a problem in our first session together and I noticed results while training immediately after making her corrections. She was also very fun to work with and very obviously knew exactly what she was talking about. I am so excited at the prospect of being able to workout and compete again without having to worry about my back and I owe it all to her!- Sean J.

⭐️”I was told by another health care provider to never deadlift again because I tore ligaments in my lower back about a year and a half ago. I struggled to simply put my socks on in the morning for about 8 months. Once I went to Dr. Jenn and started doing the prehab and strength work that she showed me I felt like a completely new athlete. I was back into full training in no time and because of the information she gave me I now knew that I was training in a more safe and correct fashion. Now I deadlift and don’t even think about my back anymore.”

⭐️I am so thankful for Be the Change! Coming from a background in outpatient therapy ( OT) a d seeing clients all the time that say I tried PT and it did nothing for me. And my response is always where did you go? Because yes big business institutions have made great therapist into average therapist because they don’t have the time to do what they know to do with patients .
So Be the Change is not that average place! All the therapist are top notch and know what to do to get you better! You HAVE to do the rest!
I was having hip pain and finally got tired of it. What I was doing was not working. So I called and Dr. Lauren was able to see me in the same week!! I did have some fear thinking that I might need more than PT. In fact that was one of my questions. She confidently stated I think you will be just fine and of course encouraged to be consistent with my exercises and stretching. And she worked along with what Tamara had suggested from a prior visit the year before. I had stopped for months and my pain got worse. So thankful because within a few days my pain had decreased and I knew
that I need to keep working on the weak glutes that I had to overcome this!!
I trust Dr. Lauren, Dr. Tamara and Dr. Jennifer with my health and my family and clients health.
Don’t wait- just be the change! It’s worth it!

⭐️“Working with Dr. Tamara has transformed the way that I feel in my body. I was diagnosed with Stage IV Endometriosis in 2016 and have been through a journey with chronic pain. When I started working with Dr. Tamara in 2022, I was experiencing excruciating pain 2-3 days a month during my cycle, I am now down to 0-1 days! It’s a major milestone in this healing journey and I cannot thank Be The Change enough.

⭐️I was referred to Jennifer for Pelvic Floor PT for some nerve pain I was having. She is very professional and just what I needed to get me back to being active again. I highly recommend her for pelvic floor issues you may have post hysterectomy. I’m so glad I found her and super appreciative of her expertise. -Christy H

⭐️“I panicked when I first felt my prolapse. I was very active throughout my pregnancy and the idea of not being able to workout how I wanted to was devastating! Getting in to see Dr. Frankoski ASAP was key to evaluating everything and getting me on the right track. It was a humbling process but I am so thankful for it now. I have rebuilt my foundation and am coming back even stronger, which feels so good! I am so thankful for her. Not only is she a great clinician, but she’s warm, fun and a Crossfitter too. I really couldn’t recommend her more!”

⭐️We had the honor of meeting Dr. Tamara when our regular physical therapist went out on maternity leave. She graciously took us on, and was even able to get us in last minute. The care she provided for our son during his cross country season, and the start of winter track was top-notch. I have no doubt that his ability to stay healthy was attributed to her expertise and skill as a Physical Therapist and understanding of what it is like to be an athlete. She not only took care of any immediate aches and pains but equipped him with exercises to do each day to prevent injuries and strengthen muscle and joints to allow him to perform at his highest level. I am grateful for the amazing care he received and would recommend her and her practice to any parent looking for individualized care for their young athlete.

⭐️I highly recommend. When I get injured, I tend to do what most of us do – ignore it until I can’t. After working with Dr Tamara Vead, I don’t that anymore. We have to stay active friends. And she’s a miracle worker. Highly recommend!

“I injured my shoulder as a collegiate swimmer which began the round of PT appointments and rehab. After several years of “pain management” when it came to sports and fitness pursuits I was excited when I talked with Jen. She was the first person that understood my desire not only to prevent further injury and to strengthen the area in the long term but also to continue to progress toward my goals in the sport of Crossfit. After one treatment and me remembering to do my exercises, in just a few short weeks I can already see progress without pain! As someone who is a full time coach and fitness professional I would recommend her to any of my athletes and friends.”

⭐️Honestly, I’m not sure how women survive pregnancy and postpartum without PT! Tamara and Jen are the best. I walk out of every single appointment feeling better than I did when I walked in. I always know exactly what I need to be doing to help with my aches and pains and if I ever have doubts, they are so quick to email me back. I was an avid Crossfitter before having a baby and there is no way I would have gone back to the gym without their help. I knew pregnancy and postpartum were going to be tough, but the support, both physically and emotionally, I have received from Be the Change has meant the world to me!

⭐️“When it comes to sports performance PT, Jennifer is the first person I think of, why is that? because she is the best in the business. Every time I had an ache, pain, muscle tightness, Dr. Jenn was the one who knew how to get me back to 100%, and back to the sport of love. She cares deeply for each of her patients, and does everything in her power to help the problems that she is confronted with. For years, I have been struggling with ankle tightness, and knee pain, but Jenn always knows how to fix the issue, and get me back to training. Recently, I suffered from a MCL sprain during one of the open workout, this injury was due to achilles, and calf tightness, and pulling on my hamstring, which lead to an unstable knee. I will be seeing Jenn about this injury, because I put my trust in her to get me back to training as soon as possible. ”
