I injured my shoulder as a collegiate swimmer which began the round of PT appointments and rehab. After several years of “pain management” when it came to sports and fitness pursuits I was excited when I talked with Jen. She was the first person that understood my desire not only to prevent further injury and to strengthen the area in the long term but also to continue to progress toward my goals in the sport of Crossfit.
